 *Dear Flat Rate Movers,

Too many times people take the time to complain about their service. Today is different. On December 4, 2009 you moved my husband and I into our new place. I was not there to experience the move. However, my husband said that the three employees we had were wonderful. He said he thought their names were Derek, Steve & Curtis. They were professional,efficient, and did a great job. They deserve a bonus!

Cassie - I just wanted to pass along my thanks to the moving team that helped us
last Monday.  I forgot their names, but they were very professional and
efficient.  We will be back in touch as soon as we know when we can schedule the
final move to our new house, which should be in late July/early August.

Your team recently provided services for us here in Omaha for unloading to our apartment at Tranquility Pointe.
We wish to thank you for prompt, friendly and efficient work.
 
The team which assisted us were:
 
Johnathan, Brian and Curtis. 
 
They all did a terrific job of getting our belongings into our garage and up to our apartment on the 2nd floor. They worked very hard and quickly. 
 
I don't often send an email, but in this case it's definitely warranted... thank you to your team of professional movers!

This is a fun email to write.  Only because I have NEVER written an email like this one………meaning a THANK YOU to say what outstanding service we had from you and your company during one of the most stressful times of our lives.  And we were only moving 4 miles across town!

 

From the beginning, your customer service sold us on Flat Rate Movers.  We appreciated you driving to our home to drop off the loaner wardrobe boxes and making another stop to get us additional supplies for the wardrobes.

 

The gentleman who performed our move, and subsequently those who also came back to move our furniture items upstairs after new carpet had been installed, were incredible!!! They define “customer service.”

 

All of your employees have such a great sense of humor, making our stressful moving days a little less stressful.   The best “one-liner” I heard was one gentlemen say he was going to come back to visit us, and go through Tracy’s “high school memories” box, after we jokingly invited him to do so.  Their attitudes made all the difference. Friendly, funny and caring.

 

But most importantly, they all listened and responded to every detail and request we made. These guys truly cared about our “stuff” and moved it like it was their own.  And they all worked so well as a team to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

 

Please extend our thanks to both crews.  On July 5th, we had Curtis leading Zach, Maitlin, Ramsey & Steve.  On July 7th, Matt was leading Steve and Ramsey.  I hope I captured that correctly and please let them know we sincerely appreciate all of their help.

 

Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference in the future.  We would recommend your services to our family and friends with no hesitation.

Thank you for such a great moving experience. I am going to use your guys as a
example to my employees. They worked hard and did not complain. I know my
furniture is heavy and that is why I hire a moving company. I don’t want to hear
how difficult it is. I think every one of my employees can learn a lesson on how
to conduct yourself in a difficult situation. Craig (I believe that is the crew
leaders name) is a true leader and a great asset to your company. I have already
referred 2 of my friends to you and know that one of them has already booked
you! You will get nothing but praise from me about Flat Rate Moving!!!!!
