Licensed Movers

Licensed movers in Nebraska are regulated by the Nebraska Public Service Commison (NPSC).

Rules

Moving companies are regulated to charge from the time they leave the SHOP until the time they return when moving within the city.

This charge (within the city) is based on an hourly rate. Our rate is $30/man hour and $30/truck hour.

2-movers (no truck) is $60/hour plus a $25 travel fee

2-movers with a well equiped 26 foot truck is $90/hour

3-movers with a well equiped 26 foot truck is $120/hour

Payment

Moving regulations do require companies to take payment the day of the move. Flat Rate Movers LLC does not require a deposit to hold a move. We simply ask if changes occur you let us know with as much notice as possible.
